Psalm 8: 1 - 9
“PRECIOUS IN HIS SIGHT”
INTRODUCTION: There are obvious symptoms of the erosion of the sanctity of human life today. Is there anything about human life that differentiates us from other sources of animal life? Psalm 8 gives some insight into the nature of human life and into the things that make human life sacred. This psalm presents three facets of human life that distinguish it from all other forms of life on earth. Human life is “precious in His sight.”
I. HUMAN LIFE IS SACRED BECAUSE IT IS SPECIAL (vs 3 – 4)
